This privacy policy applies to the Jurnal 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat (Jurnal 7KAIH) mobile application (the "App") developed for and used by SMP Kristen Terang Bangsa Cirebon (the "School"). The App helps teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents track students' progress on the 7 Great Habits of Indonesian Children.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The School is the data controller for all personal information collected through the App.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum information necessary for the App to function properly:

• Student Data: Student name or student ID number, class/grade information.
• Habit Records: Daily check-ins or scores for each of the 7 habits (Discipline, Honesty, Responsibility, Cleanliness, Independence, Tolerance, and Religious/Spiritual habits).
• User Account Info: The username and role (teacher, homeroom teacher, principal) of school staff who access the App.

The App does not collect any sensitive personal data, location data, contacts, media files, or device identifiers. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are integrated.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for educational and administrative purposes, including:

• Helping teachers and parents monitor each student's habit development.
• Generating weekly or monthly progress reports for parent-teacher meetings.
• Improving the character education program at SMP Kristen Terang Bangsa Cirebon.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored locally on each authorized user's device and may also be synced to the School's private secure server (if the School enables cloud synchronization). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. Access to student habit records is restricted to:

• Authorized teachers and homeroom teachers of SMP Kristen Terang Bangsa Cirebon.
• The school principal and administrative staff (as needed).
• The student's own parents or legal guardians (via shared reports).

We will never share your data with advertisers, marketers, or any other external organizations.

5. Children's Privacy and COPPA Compliance

The App is intended for use by school staff and parents/guardians to monitor the progress of students under the age of 13. We fully comply with:

• The Indonesian Child Protection Law (UU No. 35 Tahun 2014).
• Google Play's Families Policy and Designed for Families requirements.
• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) standards.

Parents or legal guardians may request to review, modify, or delete their child's data at any time by contacting the School directly (see Section 7 below). The School will respond to any such request within 14 days.

Student habit records are retained for the duration of the student's enrollment at SMP Kristen Terang Bangsa Cirebon. After a student graduates or leaves the School, records may be anonymized and kept for statistical purposes. If you wish to request early deletion of your child's data, please contact the School.
